21st Century Hotel The three-star 21st Century Hotel is located on the waterfront Liangma River Road. It takes 30 minutes by car from the city center and 20-minute drive from the airport. The 21st Century Hotel, a joint venture between China and Japan. The hotel composes of major sections of 21st Century Hotel, Century Theater, International Conference Hall, swimming pool and video playing hall. Opened in 1991 and renovated in 1996, the 25-storey hotel has 387 guestrooms, with standard rooms measuring 20 square meters.
